Envision Redemption Foundation (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this website and the Joana Phive 3.2 guidance experience. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Messages you type or speak to Joana on this website.
• Optional email addresses or phone numbers you enter to send a Joana response.
• Contact-form submissions (name, email, topic, and message) when you use the website contact form.
• Basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps used for security and rate limiting.
• Anonymous usage analytics through Vercel Analytics (and Speed Insights when enabled).

How we use information

• To generate Joana responses and optional voice playback.
• To send email or SMS only when you explicitly request it and those features are enabled.
• To route contact-form messages to the foundation team and send confirmation email when Resend is configured.
• To protect the service from abuse and improve reliability.
• To operate our nonprofit mission and respond to partnership or support requests.

Service providers

Depending on which features are enabled, we may process information through trusted providers such as OpenAI (chat and text-to-speech), Resend (email), Twilio (SMS), Vercel (hosting, analytics, and speed insights), and a third-party donation processor when a secure donate button is configured. These providers process data only to deliver the requested service.

Availability and fallbacks

Joana may be temporarily unavailable when upstream AI services cannot respond. Contact-form delivery may fall back to your device’s email app when our email provider is not configured or fails. Donation processing, when linked, is handled by the designated processor shown on the donate button.

What we do not do

• We do not sell personal information.
• We do not use Joana conversations for unrelated marketing lists.
• We do not ask Joana for professional legal, medical, or financial advice on your behalf.

Retention

Operational logs and provider records may be retained for security, debugging, and legal compliance. Conversation content is processed to fulfill your request and is not intended to create a permanent public archive on this website.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13. Please do not submit personal information for a child under 13 through Joana.
